Our Return Policy

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original condition with packaging intact.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on golf gloves, socks, and headwear unless they are defective or incorrect items received. This policy aligns with our commitment to quality while ensuring fair practices for all our golf enthusiasts.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return:

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with your RMA number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the merchandise with original packaging and include your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our Albuquerque facility using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 2-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Exchanges

For size exchanges on golf apparel or footwear:
